Maria Volozhinskaya PhD
Founder and Project Lead
Maria brings financial industry experience of 25 years, including senior banking leadership and international consulting. Her background covers asset and liability management, funds transfer pricing, liquidity and financial risk, banking relationships and financing. She previously served as Deputy CEO of a systemically important European bank.
Methodology and practical delivery
Maria has led projects to centralise treasury and ALM, implement FTP and improve the information available for pricing and profitability decisions. Her consulting work covers banking and payment infrastructure, cash management and financial processes, alongside experience organising financing for businesses.
Project leadership
She leads Adwisery engagements and coordinates specialist expertise where a project requires it. The work combines financial methodology with practical tools and a clear allocation of implementation responsibilities.
